"EDIT/ UPDATE MONDAY SEPTEMBER 2ND 2024 Issues were not resolved and James Armijo began ignoring my emails/requests to do so outside of this review he responded to. Keisha Hamby at his establishment then further gave excuses as to why this over charging was happening in my situation yet still did nothing to resolve it. Overall, if you notice your policy monthly payments are randomly increasing for no reason at all (zero accidents, etc) then go above these individuals and take it up with someone else at State Farm to verify you aren't overpaying, or rather just shop elsewhere for agents who aren't these people. Had to get a new insurance policy with a different insurance company all together because of this. Beware, Santa Fe!"

"After being frustrated with my previous insurance company I reached out to Barbara and she immediately provided me with quotes on my home and auto policies. She was thorough and attentive throughout the process and helped me transfer all my policies without any issues. She answered all my questions and was able to beat costs on all my insurance policies.
